Week 1: Las Vegas, My Favorite Place....As Of Now
Las Vegas is my favorite place to visit because I love CASINOS and excitement. At an early age, my family and I went to Las Vegas and stayed at Circus Circus; it was then that I knew that the casino was a place that I loved dearly, that is only if I was winning money. It is the only city that I have went on vacation to and that I have visited that does not border Oklahoma. Now that I am of age, I wish to go back there and visit every casino they have.

Wow, every casino they have in Las Vegas... I wonder how many that would be! They should have a special club or a medal or something for people who visit every one of the Las Vegas Casinos, ha ha. Meanwhile, if you wanted to do a project for this class on games of chance, that could be really cool! There is a long tradition of dice and other kinds of gambling, going back for thousands of years! You can find out more about the history of dice (so fascinating!) at Wikipedia if you are curious!
